The Conservancy consists of approximately 38 acres of land  just west of the Pheasant Run subdivision consisting of decidious forest land and praires.  Enjoy a relaxing stroll along walking trails under the canopy of mature trees, through native praire grasses and past spring fed ponds.  Every season brings new expressions of natural beauty from fall foilage to snow covered winter trees to spring greenery to the cool dapled shade of summer.  The Conservancy which adjoins the Vernon Marsh will be owned by the Pheasant Run Homeoweners Association and will maintian its natural state without any future development.
